10 DAY RETURN POLICY
At Maisy & Mine we want you to love our products! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or have chosen the wrong size you can return your order within 10 days of receiving it to receive a full refund of the products. Please begin by contacting us via our contact menu, Please include your order number and relevant information regarding the issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with swing tags still attached. Return postage will be at the customers cost. Please ensure you keep a tracking number we will not be responsible for any lost packages. Upon receiving the item back we will refund you the full purchase price minus the original shipping cost of your order. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
Due to hygiene reasons briefs are unable to be returned therefore our Peony Pairs are not returnable.
Gift Cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.

We understand shopping online can sometimes result in incorrect sizing purchases to help we have listed as much detail in the description of each item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to notify us of wrong size choice. Post your item back at your own cost and we will gladly exchange for a better fit!
